(2) New (1) Used PARAPLANE PM1s 1987

I have two brand new in the box 1987 Paraplane PM1s from Paraplane Corp. In Pennsauken NJ for sale. Model PM1 serial 3034 adn 3033. Brand new in the box with extra prop blades, manuals, videos, helmuts, radios etc.

Includes one used Paraplane with bent front wheel assembly.

These are original 1987 12 cell PM1 with tuned exhausts. They are single seat and have been garage stored. Two chutes have never been opened or exposed to UV light and are brand new (one is attached to Frame in box).

This is unbelievable opportunity to get three paraplanes with full dealership extras.

I am looking for $8000 with pickup in Northern Virginia (Purcellville, Va) or ship extra. See photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/nexttwous/

email puckett.brian@gmail.com with any questions or interest.

I am interested in the paraplanes you have for sale. I was wondering if you would sell one of them because I don't want all three. you could sell me a new one or the used one but I only want one paraplane. If you would do that how much would one cost? Thanks NaterH.

Anyone who buys one of these will need to replace the chute, regardless of the fact that it has never been opened.
In 1995 or 96 paraplane international corp., the successor to paraplane corp. notified all current dealers that if that had any of the old standard chutes or knew of anyone flying one, that they were no longer airworthy, no matter how good they looked.
Plan on spending over $2000.00 to get a chute to fly these.
Also, pilot weight is 180 pounds max, so be aware of that as well.

BTW, the spare parts inventory that was available at one time has been scrapped, so those may be some of the few reamining parts available. You would have to fabricate your own parts should you need any.

Also, that is way over market value for those.

Note, too, that the post offering them for sale was made in 2006-
but, the pics are still there. Looks like someone tried to contact the seller 9 months ago with no response: the merchandise -

you know something?- a brand new Paraplane PM-1 OUGHT to be in a museum somewhere.

Re: (2) New (1) Used PARAPLANE PM1s 1987

and......and.....you know what makes PERFECT sense, Phil, is you ought to be the one to buy the brand new Paraplane and put it together and start up the museum. A Paraplane Museum featuring a cherry PM-1 assembled by Phil Dietro of Paraplane.com himself, never cranked, never even gassed up, a straightway showroom mint Paraplane PM-1. For future generations to enjoy.
Man, there ain't nothin like the smell of a brand spankin new Paraplane.

Yep. I think you ought to do it.

Nater, why don't you check out this one: http://www.ppcflyingforums.com/forum...ead.php?t=6195

It's no further away from you than the other ones, and would be a good way to get in the air safe and cheap-
(I don't have any interest in the plane, myself, I just heard of it here)

Alex

This would be a good plane for you Nater if it is still available. maybe you can get them to drop the price a bit more if it has not sold.
